Dum Dum Cantonment is a Yellow Line station on the Noapara–Jai Hind corridor, opened on 22 August 2025. It serves the Dum Dum Cantonment area and the surrounding northern neighbourhoods on the way to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport.

Dum Dum Cantonment opened on 25 August 2025 with the first phase of the Yellow Line, and is elevated. It serves the cantonment area and the residential streets north of Dum Dum, and shares its name with the suburban railway station nearby — a useful connection for anyone coming in from the Barrackpore direction who wants to reach the airport without crossing the city by road.
